Terms of service

You sign in with a link we email you. Anyone who can open that inbox can sign in as you, so keep it safe. If you think someone else got into your account, email [support email].

You need to be old enough to make this agreement where you live. One account is for one person or one business.

You own what you upload and the reels you make. You let us store and process your files only to run Reelify for you: to cut, caption, frame, edit and export your reels. We claim no other rights to them.

Your videos are private to your account. We never sell them or use them to train AI. The privacy policy explains who helps us process them.

Only upload what you have the right to use: your own footage, and music, photos and logos you're allowed to use. Don't upload anything illegal or anything that breaks someone else's rights.

Reelify cuts, captions and designs your reel automatically. Watch it before you post: a cut or a caption can be wrong. You decide what you publish, and you're responsible for it.

• 1 credit makes 1 reel from a video up to 5 minutes long. Edits, re-cuts and exports of that reel are included, within the limits on the pricing page.
• Plan credits refill every month, on monthly and yearly plans. Unused plan credits expire at the next refill.
• Extra credits, from signing up or a top-up, never expire.
• If a reel fails, its credit comes back automatically.
• Plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.

Our payment provider takes the payment. We never see your full card number. Prices are on the pricing page. Where tax applies, it's included in the price.

If a renewal payment fails, we'll ask you to update your card. If it stays unpaid, the plan ends.

Don't try to break, overload or get around Reelify's limits, or use it to make spam. We can pause an account that does, and we'll tell you why.

You can stop using Reelify any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email [support email] from the address you sign in with. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

Reelify changes as we improve it, so features can change. If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll email you first.

We work to keep Reelify running and correct, but we can't promise it will never be down or never make a mistake. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Reelify is registered.
