Refunds and credits

• 1 credit makes 1 reel from a video up to 5 minutes long. Edits, re-cuts and exports of that reel are included, within the limits on the pricing page.
• Plan credits refill every month, on monthly and yearly plans. Unused plan credits expire at the next refill.
• Extra credits, from signing up or a top-up, never expire.
• Plan credits are used first.

If a reel fails, or you cancel it while it's processing, its credit comes back automatically.

• A bigger plan starts at once. You pay the difference for the rest of the period, and get the extra credits right away.
• A smaller plan starts at the end of the period you paid for.
• Switching from monthly to yearly billing starts the year at once. What's left of your month counts toward it, and your credits refill.
• Switching from yearly to monthly billing starts when the year you paid for ends.
• Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that, unused plan credits expire and extra credits stay.

Payments aren't refunded once their credits are used. If you were charged by mistake, or something didn't work, email [support email] within 14 days of the payment. We'll look into it and, if the charge was a mistake or Reelify didn't work for you, refund it.

Nothing here limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.
